Basement touring with The Story So Far this April

England’s Basement will be co-headlining an Australian tour with the Californian musicians The Story So Far, making stops in places such as Newcastle, Melbourne, and their finale at Capitol in Perth. Basement is touring off their fourth full-length album Beside Myself that was released by Fueled By Ramen last October, which later followed a United States tour in Spring of 2019 supporting legendary bands Weezer and Pixies.

Beside Myself exemplified their stronghold on their grunge and alternative influences that were prevalent in their past successful albums such as Colourmeinkindness and Promise Everything. The album showcased the pure and unfiltered raw emotions of lead vocalist Andrew Fisher about his everyday struggles and the song ‘Stigmata’ is an example of being in that darkness. The release was accompanied with music videos for the singles ‘Disconnect’ and ‘Be Here Now’.

Basement is steadily solidifying themselves as Britain’s next great rock band, so be sure to attend their live performance with The Story So Far at Capitol on 25 April!
