The Boss Bruce Springsteen Himself Set to Light Australia On Fire

Australia, rejoice: after much speculation, The Boss himself has confirmed he is bringing his E Street Band to our shores this summer!

Bruce Springsteen needs little introduction. He’s a living legend, responsible for all your favourite songs; from “Born in the USA”, “I’m On Fire” and “Dancing in the Dark” to “Born to Run” and “Glory Days”, to name just a few. If you’re not familiar with his music, you’ve probably been living under a rock. He’s a Rock and Roll and Songwriters Hall of Famer, 20-time Grammy winner and one of the greatest selling artists of all time, with about 120 million album sales worldwide. His live abilities haven’t wavered with his age, as The Guardian UK have highlighted;

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band last played here for a massive string of sold out dates in 2014, so it’s very exciting to have him back. For Perth fans, you can expect to see him at Perth Arena on January 25 2017, where he’ll be performing his concerts in their entirety. The reunited Jet will support for the Melbourne, Hanging Rock, Hunter Valley, Christchurch and Auckland shows, and Diesel will also play at Hanging Rock and Hunter Valley. Make sure you grab your tickets early, as these shows are sure to sell out quickly. In the mean time, fans can prepare for the release of his autobiography Born to Run on September 27.
