UWA Hoax Bomb Threat By Curtin Student Causes Prosh Evacuation
According to your devious and mischievous sources a Curtin university student thought it would be a fine idea, in light of the Boston bombings, to make a fake bomb threat to the University of Western Australia earlier today. The day of course coincided with the annual guild Prosh; which was of course impacted with collection areas being moved to the city and the river.
The threat forced evacuation of over 2000 people from the event launch at 6.30 this morning. A police spokesperson has said the student is believed to have mental health issues.
Our sources also go on to say that the failed-joker has been advised that he will receive a 6 month jail term, though we're sure more details will surface.
