UWA Hoax Bomb Threat By Curtin Student Causes Prosh Evacuation

According to your devious and mischievous sources a Curtin university student thought it would be a fine idea, in light of the Boston bombings, to make a fake bomb threat to the University of Western Australia earlier today. The day of course coincided with the annual guild Prosh; which was of course impacted with collection areas being moved to the city and the river.​

The threat forced evacuation of over 2000 people from the event launch at 6.30 this morning. A police spokesperson has said the student is believed to have mental health issues.

Our sources also go on to say that the failed-joker has been advised that he will receive a 6 month jail term, though we're sure more details will surface.​
