KAYTRANADA TOUR UPDATE

Kaytranada's long-awaited return to Australia has had a dream run - selling out 2 x Melbourne shows, New Zealand's only show in Auckland and just 20 tickets left to Sydney, months ahead of even a sound check on those stages. Not to mention a globally successful album 99.99% (out now through Remote Control) already hailed as the release of the year. Now BBE and triple j are proud to announce to add to the already stacked line-up, rising up and comer in Melbourne’s Maribelle. 

Joining SoundCloud favourite and prodigious producer STWO (FRA) and Kaytranda’s talented brother with equal appetite for funk, Lou Phelps (CAN), Maribelle rounds off the talented bill, to perform tracks from her debut EP ‘Overtake’ – out today through her own imprint Crush Club Records. Even before this release hits the internet and airwaves, the singer, songwriter and producer Maribelle has earned a reputation as a startling talent in the world of dark electronic pop, drawing comparisons with the likes ofNao and Kelela. She’s been making music with Mad Decent’s Djemba Djemba, Lojack, Sertone, Penthouse Penthouse, and landing high profile collaborations, like 2014’s undeniable anthem of the summer ‘On Fire’ with Carmada.
