Fringe is finally upon us! If you’re looking for a quick Fringe hit, we’ve combed through the jam-packed lineup of Boorloo Perth Fringe World to bring you a little sampler of five shows coming up (or happening right now!) that are on our radar. Is this an exhaustive guide? Absolutely not. But with so many amazing acts to choose from, consider this your appetizer.

I Watched Someone Die on TikTok

Back from an award-nominated season at La Mama Theatre in Melbourne, Perth indie theatre darling Charlotte Otton brings home her deep dive into the doom scroll, I Watched Someone Die on Tik Tok.

With the ever-changing landscape of our digital world, looming closer into a dystopian chaos, Charlotte brings her trademark, bold and chaotic humor into this thrilling performance that would have your algorithm reeling. Nominated for Best In Theatre at Melbourne’s Fringe Festival, described as both hilarious and utterly terrifying, tune into this live, personal exploration of all things trending and how they feel on the other side of the screen.

Before the ban resumes. Join the live.

Elouise Eftos: Australia’s First Attractive Comedian

She said it herself: Self-deprecation is dead. Kicking off her 2025 Australian tour, comedian Elouise Eftos is bringing her award-winning romp of a show to Perth. The quadruple threat’s  (you can figure out which four at the show) hour-long stand-up set promises to be a fun and unapologetic wild ride that explores outdated feminism, how hard it is to be attractive in comedy, and Australia's aversion to confident women, through her signature blend of sharp wit and flirtatious charm.

Black Girl Rising

Black Girl Rising is the biographical, and, sadly universal story for many, of growing up in a world where racism all too soon stains the innocent of childhood.

Through a multi-faceted, one-woman performance, Black Girl Rising shares the perspective of how globally and systemically ingrained racism gradually degrades the somatic and psychological wellbeing of people of colour everywhere.

Improv RPG Presents: Dungeons and Dragons

Are you a seasoned Dungeons & Dragons player or other tabletop RPGs? Or are you thinking about giving the game a try but unsure where to start? Maybe D&D isn’t your thing, but you can’t resist some good old-fashioned improv? No matter which camp you’re in, Improv RPG: Dungeons and Dragons is the show for you.

Fresh off celebrating their 100th performance, it’s no wonder audiences keep coming back for more. With a talented rotating cast, Improv RPG harnesses the full range of theatrical tools at its disposal —gleefully unserious improv comedy, occasional musical numbers, and the all-powerful 20-sided die—to bring the magic collaborative make-belief experience of playing D&D to the stage.
