6 Songs You Won't Admit You Love

6 Songs You Won't Admit You Love

I'm not going to pretend I'm always ridiculously cool and hip listening to trendy stuff on my iPod. Sometimes I like me some pop and I could almost guarantee I'm not the only one. Here is my personal list of deliciously bad guilty pleasures.

Beauty and A Beat - Justin Beiber/Nicki Minaj

This one is pretty embarassing so I'll just get it out of the way. The catchiness and sheer scale of energy in this song make me want to be 11 again and go to Adventure World and sing my heart out! Everyone has a little bit of a crush on the Beibs, even if its only that they want to crush his face; its still a crush.

Lady Marmalade - Christina Aguilera/Pink/Mya/Lil Kim

Guys may not understand this (well some might) but this song is just so sexual! Its pretty much impossible to not want to dance like a stripper when this comes on, and I mean, who doesn't want to pretend they can rap like Lil Kim.

Just the Way You Are - Bruno Mars

As I was once told, "You can't like Bruno Mars and Tyler the Creator!" thus I no longer allow myself to like Bruno Mars, but damn he makes a nice cheesy love song. Any guy who can make millions of girls simultaneously swoon is a lad in my books.

Grace Kelly - Mika

You remember it. You sang to it. You couldn't help it. You tried to be like Grace Kelly, but all your looks were too sad. Its okay, I still do. Its the most efficient way to make a shit day better. Just think to yourself, hey at least my entire career isn't made up of one ridiculous song.

One Thing - One Direction

Judge me, (I'm judging myself don't worry). Its just so catchy and poppy and simple, I freaking love it! I can't help but have this in my head all day after listening to it, and to be totally honest it barely even angers me that it does. (Fun fact: One Direction's first album debuted at number one on the US charts, The Beatles first album debuted at number two. Clearly there is no comparison but thats a pretty cool fact.)

Get Low - Lil Jon and the East Side Boys

If listening to this doesn't make you want to get quite intoxicated and go clubbing then nothing probably will. Its just so good. (Anyone else remember this being on the soundtrack for NFSU2? Or did I just dream that?)

What're your musical guilty pleasures? Comment what you think I missed!

xoxo
